Last Vermont Christmas

If you have ever been to Vermont you know how magical that place can be, especially in Woodstock. Not sure if the movie was really filmed there, but it sure locked like a gorgeous mountain town. Overall I liked the movie and I really liked the two main actors. Some of the supporting cast were not as experienced, but they did a good job.

I did have a hard time with the story. It seemed like everyone was supportive of the parents moving and selling the house (except for the youngest sister), I guess I just didn’t believe that Nash (Justin Bruening) would not go through with the sale of the house because of that. However, it was a nice gesture and was a big part of the him getting back with Megan (Erin Cahill). I am glad that Megan was able to find true love again after the death of her husband. It was sweet to see a family love a home so much, a lot of people can relate to that.  I would rate this a 7.5 out of 10.
