This movie was just what you expected it to be. A girl returns to her home town, that she left as a 13 year old. It is obvious in the beginning that some soft of falling out had taken place between the main characters father and uncle. I loved that she went home to try to smooth things over and find her Christmas spirit. I thought the app seemed like a stretch. I didn’t think it was very realistic, but they didn’t put a ton of focus on it. My favorite love story may have been between Pamala and Harry. And then they had not one… but two interrupted kisses between Amelia and Mike, which kept the audience on edge, I’m sure!
Overall, I would give this movie a 7 out of 10. We’ve got a lot coming up this week. Buckle up everyone!
